Heavy Duty Beauty
Wooden Light Box | 350lm LED | 2020 - 2022
Layer 2: Cryptography:
The 350-lm LED lightbox IMAGE N° 54: “Heavy Duty Beauty” does what many of my images do at first: they distract the viewer with a seemingly chaotic jumble.
This places the artworks in the same category as geostrategic power structures, which behave in no different way.
If we rotate the image 180°, the broken yellow frame forms the letters “L” and “I”.

“Li” is a chemical element, a light metal with the
atomic number 3.
Lithium is also an alkali metal used in medicine, particularly for the treatment of bipolar disorders (this brings us back to “Shizo Killer Storytelling”).
The atomic number “3,” in turn, is the starting point for deciphering the image. And so on.

DEMONS CRACKER BARREL
Layer 3: El Scorcho´s 38-minute short film Dead Bodies Below the Floor:
For this project, which has won numerous international awards, Scorcho was able to secure the worldfamous voice actor Ned Irving a few years ago.
Almost all of his older paintings appear in this
short film.
They serve as the precursor to the upcoming feature film Cluster in an Iron Bucket/THE BASEMENT DIARIES.
There were five people at Charlie's last funeral: A hired mourner from the funeral home who could wail and/or scream on command, Charlie's bankruptcy trustee, a bald debt collector, the representative from the funeral home, and Reverend Zoyydd Floyydd, who served as the pastor. Floyydd shouted:
"I could've screwed and killed them all, and it still wouldn't have been enough!"
